Our 501(c)(3) nonprofit is committed to creating a culinary market for invasive European green crabs. These crabs are threatening ecosystems and consuming native shellfish populations across the globe. By eating the problem, we can dampen their destructive impact and provide fishers in vulnerable industries with alternative sources of income.

We need your help raising funds to kickstart our spring season. The Green Crab R&D is partnering with fishers and chefs across the East Coast to produce and serve soft-shell green crab. We're also scaling our outreach, exploring sustainable revenue streams, and bringing discussions and demos to coastal communities.
