Join ICE’s Director of Sustainability Bill Telepan for an evening of cooking with green crabs! The event will begin with a panel, featuring Greenpoint Fish & Lobster’s Vinny Milburn and Jonathan Pauker who’s studied green crab market development at the College of the Atlantic. Bill Telepan will then demonstrate how students and participants can shuck and prepare the crab while highlighting a variety of recipes.
