From June 22nd to 28th, join us in celebrating Green Crab Week with restaurants, fish markets, harvesters, and organizations across the US.
In 2025, 70 restaurants and fish markets from Maine to Arizona served invasive green crabs as part of Green Crab Week, reaching an estimated 10,000 diners. This week will also include the return of the Green Crab Working Summit, organized in collaboration with Manomet Conservation Sciences, NH Sea Grant, and Eating with the Ecosystem.
