Green Crab Michelada

Instead of Clamato Juice, we paired tomato juice with St. Ours Green Crab Broth (simple to dissolve behind the bar with no stock pots or heat required). This cocktail is also low ABV, requiring half a beer.

COCKTAIL INGREDIENTS & MATERIALS

  • Ice

  • 3 oz tomato juice

  • 1 oz St. Ours Crab Broth

  • 1 oz fresh lime juice

  • pinch of salt

  • 1 dash Salsa Inglesa/ Worcestershire

  • Hot sauce to taste

  • 6 oz Mexican lager

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Add your ingredients (minus beer) to a glass with ice.

  2. Slowly add beer, mixing in with a spoon

  3. Garnish with a lime, tajin rim, salt, crab legs, shrimp or however you please.
