Green Crab Week is hosted by GreenCrab.org: a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that builds culinary markets for invasive green crab and spreads awareness of its impact. 100% of sponsorship supports Green Crab Week chef outreach, education, and supply chain coordination efforts.
